Much of your Personal Information is available to you through your account. To review and update your Personal Information to ensure it is accurate, you may login into your account to make the changes, or you may contact us. If we are unable to provide access or disclose information to you, we will explain why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

How can you delete your account?

All Personal Information linked to your account will be deleted at your request in accordance with the law. When you make a request to delete your account, your data will be deleted from our production servers, and you will no longer be able to access your account. If Personal Information is held by any third parties as set out in this Privacy Policy, they will be notified of your request and instructed to delete your Personal Information. However, aggregated or anonymous data derived from your Personal Information, which cannot be traced back to your account, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. We reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information.

Google User Privacy

What information do you collect?

We collect the user’s email address and other information they input into Organimi, Inc.  Users may use certain product features to generate search requests and results to assist in gathering publicly available information online or stored at third party sites, such as searching for photos, job titles, or job descriptions. We collect google directory contacts at the request of the user.

How do you use the information?

Information stored in the application is used by users to storage and display in their own accounts.  Users with appropriate account owner or administrator privileges may also share this information with others, as well as editing and updating it.  We use user’s email addresses to send marketing, customer support and service emails to users, for authentication purposes, and to allow them to access, use and share services within our application. We use the directory contacts, after a user’s request, to populate the user’s Organimi contacts.

What information do you share?

Organimi does not share user generated personal information with any third parties, except to the extent Organimi services are hosted on and accessed from cloud service providers databases and related infrastructure.  User provided information is not marketed or sold. Users who are account owners or administrators may choose in the application to share the information they have contributed to the application with others, using the sharing features of the Organimi application.
